Type a property address, get a full investment memo back in under 90 seconds. A 15-step automated pipeline pulls live comps and property data, scores condition from photos, reconciles two independent valuation signals into a final ARV, and writes a complete buy/pass recommendation. It replaces hours of manual comp-pulling and spreadsheet math.

AI Sales Coach

Every recorded sales call gets scored automatically within seconds of ending. A cost-gated pipeline matches the rep and checks the company's wallet before ever calling Claude, scores the call against a role-specific 100-point rubric, and hands back evidence-backed penalties, bonuses, and three coaching actions, flagging only the calls that actually need a manager's attention.

Architected and deployed an end-to-end AI sales automation system for an Australian container logistics firm using OpenAI Assistants and event-driven n8n workflows, processing 150+ quotation requests per week.
Automated geospatial delivery cost computation (Google Distance Matrix API), invoice generation, Pipedrive CRM synchronization, and stage-based email dispatch, cutting average response time from 4–6 hours to under 60 seconds.
